External finish
Pleasing external finishes with a combination of permanent and semi-permanent surfaces will be provided.

Flooring

	The drawing/dining room floor shall be of marble laid in pattern.
	White marble tile flooring will be provided in bedrooms. balconies, open platforms.
	All approachable terraces only shall have polished Kota Stone flooring, rest of the terraces will have Red Sand Stone.
	Stores, if any, shall also have kota Stone flooring.
	The parking area shall have Kota Stone flooring.

Internal finish
Plastic emulsion of pleasing pastel shade on all internal wall.

Kitchen

	20 mm thick granite/ equivalent working top shall be provided.
	2"-0" high ceramic/ glazed tiles dado on wall above the working counter and 4"-6" high on remaining walls shall be provided.
	Kitchen floor shall be of ceramic tile or equivalent.
	Hot and cold water pipes and a 10 litre instant Geyser shall be provide.

Bathrooms

	Hot water and cold water pipelines shall be provided in all toilets. 35 litre capacity Geysers shall be provided in master bedroom toilet while all other toilets shall have 25 litre capacity geysers.
	Ceramic / glazed title dado upto ceiling level shall be provided in bathroom area while rest of the area of toilet shall shall have dado upto 7 height only.
	English type W>C> (White) with low level cistern shall be provided one wash hand (white) basin, looking mirror, towel rail/ ring, coat hooks and a paper holder shall be provide.
	The toilet flooring shall be of ceramic tiles.

Woodwork
All frames shall be of seasoned Assam teakwood. commercial flush door shutters shall be provided in all rooms. The main entrance door shutter shall be of C.P. teakwood panelled /glazed. Window shutters shall be glazed and made of Assam teakwood. The complete woodwork shall be painted / polished

Cupboards
only niches for wardrobes in bedrooms will be provided

Electrical work

	Electrical installation in concealed conduits with copper wire (without fixtures) shall be provided.
	Provision for telephone wiring (Three pairs) shall be made from the main gate of plot (concealed or overhead whatever may be applicable).
	One T.V. point and one telephone point provisions shall be made in each bedroom, drawing / dining room.
