Note:

1. The rebate, if andy, shall be adjusted in the price. However cost of additional built-up area shall be charged extra as applicable.
    
2. Instalment Call Notice by the Builder to the effect that instalment has become due as state above shall be final and binding. Delayed payments will result in accrual of interest @24% per annum.
    
3. The prices mentioned above are inclusive of the external development charges. In case there is any increase in external development charges or any other charges/taxes demanded by the Gove. authorities / bodies on pro rata basis shall be payable additionally be the flat/unit buyer to the builder on demand.
    
4. Stamp duty, registration charges, legal and documentation charges etc. are in addition to the aforesaid prices.
     
5. The other terms and conditions would be as per the standard allotment letter of the Company.
    
6. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
    
7. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of "M/s. Ansal Buildwell Ltd.", payable at New Delhi.
    
8. Service Tax being charged at 14% for BSP (Weightage 30%) w.e.f. 01.04.2015
